From Points North of South Portland, ME:

From 295:
From 295 South, take the Maine Mall Exit (last exit before Toll) and bear right as the exit splits into two roads.  Turn right at the stop sign onto Philbrook Avenue.  Turn right at the next flashing stoplight onto John Roberts Road.  Take the first left onto Donald Dean Drive, proceed around the rotary onto Christopher Toppi Drive.  RMSI is the last building on the left.

From 95:
From 95 South, take exit 45 (Maine Mall).  After you pass the toll area, take the immediate exit to the right.  Turn right at the stoplight onto Maine Mall Road.  After crossing the bridge, go through the first stoplight and then turn right at the next stoplight onto Philbrook Avenue.  Follow Philbrook Avenue around the outskirts of the Maine Mall and straight through one stop sign.  At the first flashing stoplight, turn right onto John Roberts Road.  Take the first left onto Donald Dean Drive, and proceed around the rotary to Christopher Toppi Drive.  RMSI is the last building on the left.

From I-93 South, merge onto DANIEL WEBSTER HWY/US-3 S via EXIT 9S toward MANCHESTER. Turn LEFT onto BAY ST. End at 121 Bay St Manchester, NH 03104.

From Coastal Points East of Manchester:

From Highway 101 West, merge onto I-93 North toward Concord.  Merge onto DANIEL WEBSTER HWY / US-3 S via EXIT 9S toward MANCHESTER.  Turn LEFT onto BAY ST.  End at 121 Bay St Manchester, NH 03104.
